Understand the finish choices
Many dresser, chest, nightstand, desk and cabinet listings offer painted and natural versions. The choices available on your selected product are the ones that apply to your order.

Select your preferred option on the product page and check the price displayed for that selection. Painted and natural versions can have different prices. Bed listings can have different options from storage furniture, so check the individual listing.
Use the photographs as a reference
A gallery may show only some of the available combinations. Read the product's photo-reference note and the selected option name together. If you need to confirm how a particular wood and finish combination will look, ask Don before ordering.
Check the fit in your room
- Compare the listed width, depth and height with the space available.
- Allow room to open drawers and move around the furniture.
- For a nightstand, compare its height with your bed and mattress.
- For a bed, confirm the overall frame measurements and mattress/support requirements for the selected size.
- If measurements are incomplete or a size label is unclear, contact us for clarification before ordering.

Read the production estimate on your chosen product page. Shipping time is additional to the build time. If the listing does not give a current production estimate, contact Don to confirm it before ordering.

For delivery questions, send the product name or link and your delivery ZIP code through our contact page. Ask about the available delivery method and charges, and clarify any access or assembly questions before you place the order.
How to choose a nightstand height
Measure from the floor to the top of your mattress, then compare that measurement with the nightstand height. Think about where you want a lamp, phone or glass of water to sit when you are in bed.
- The 24-inch-tall single-drawer nightstand is listed at 18 inches wide by 18 inches deep.
- The 28-inch-tall single-drawer nightstand has the same listed width and depth, with a taller overall height.
These are separate designs. Review each listing's finish choices and price before deciding; the best height depends on your bed and how you use the bedside space.
Measure the room and the delivery route
- Mark the furniture's listed width and depth on the floor with removable tape. Leave space for drawers, nearby doors and everyday movement.
- Measure the narrowest doorways, hallways, stairs and turns along the route into the room. Include elevator restrictions if relevant.
- For desks, consider your chair, seated working height and the space needed to pull the chair out. Ask for knee-space measurements if they are not listed.
- For beds, confirm the overall frame dimensions for the selected size. A mattress size label does not establish the frame's outside measurements.
- If you are unsure about clearance, ask Don to confirm the piece's measurements and delivery arrangements before ordering.
What to include in a delivery question
Send the product link, selected finish or size, delivery ZIP code and any stairs or access restrictions through the contact page. Ask for the delivery charge, service level, assembly arrangements and expected timing. Confirm whether delivery is curbside, to a doorway or into the room; do not assume a particular service is included.
